Bankruptcy Preparation Services
Filing bankruptcy in Arizona
can be accomplished with the assistance of a certified
document preparer known as an AZCLDP. Our company's
certified document preparer is
Kathleen Kindred, AZCLDP No. 80741. She is certified by the
Supreme Court of Arizona through the Arizona Certified Document Preparers
Program to prepare court documents for the residents of
Arizona.
We
prepare all of the bankruptcy documents for you. You
do not need to struggle to complete the forms on you own.
Creditor phone calls can be difficult enough to deal with,
without the added stress of preparing court papers that you
may not be familiar with. We take the headache out of
the paperwork by preparing your bankruptcy documents for
you.
The main change since the
passage of the new bankruptcy law in October 2005 is that consumer credit
counseling is required prior to filing bankruptcy. You can easily fulfill
this requirement with an on-line credit counseling session. In addition
more documentation is required to be provided to the court regarding income.
You will be required to give the court trustee a copy of your most recent
tax return. The information you provide during your bankruptcy can be
audited, so you want to be very careful that all data provided for your
bankruptcy case is completely accurate
Your currently monthly income for bankruptcy
is based upon what you have earned from all sources, except Social Security, in the past six months,
divided by 6. To get an idea if bankruptcy may be right for you, add up
your income from the past six months and divide by 6, then multiple that
number by 12 to get the annual amount. Compare your income to
the Income Chart. Individuals who make more
than the median income for their state, based on family size may be required
to file a Chapter 13 and pay back their debts over a five year period. If
you make more than the income shown on the chart, you may want to talk to a
credit counselor about other debt management options.
Our company has been in
business since 1988 preparing Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions.
With 20 years in business we can assure you that all documents we prepare
for you will meet the filing requirements of the court.
We are document preparers,
not attorneys. This means that we may prepare paperwork for you and provide
you with general legal information but we may not give you legal advice or
represent you at court hearings. You are encouraged to consult with an
attorney for advice you may need and to have your legal rights explained to
you.
Our expert preparation and
quick turn around time will help make a difficult time much easier for you.
